Where Tradition Meets Flavor
Growing up in Long Beach, Mississippi, Danny Pham was surrounded by the rich, comforting aromas of Vietnamese cuisine. From a young age, their home was a culinary haven, where parents, grandparents, aunts, and uncles all shared a love for cooking.
Every meal was more than food—it was a family ritual, a story passed down through generations, and a celebration of culture, flavor, and connection. Danny learned that authentic cooking comes from passion, patience, and love.
From Challenge To A Culinary Dream
Life changed dramatically when Hurricane Katrina devastated Danny’s family home. Undeterred, Danny moved to Houston in 2005 with a dream: to share their family’s unique Vietnamese culinary creations. Driven by determination and passion, Danny envisioned more than food—he wanted to create an authentic experience, bringing a taste of home to a new city.

In 2021, Danny brought his vision to life with The Pho Fix at Houston’s Underground Food Hall. Every bowl of pho reflects generations of family tradition, crafted with care and love. Our mission is simple: to serve pho that’s comforting, authentic, and unforgettable—a true taste of Vietnamese heritage.
